When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for activities that occur under your account.

8. Payment Terms

If you choose to purchase our premium services, you agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing structure at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AsterGaze Technologies or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service, even if AsterGaze Technologies or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
